Our passion for the land extends beyond olives. On our fields in the countryside around Toritto, we cultivate another precious fruit with the same care and dedication: the almond.
Our land is home to prized varieties such as Genco, Tuono and, above all, Filippo Cea – a true local gem and a variety with deep historical ties to the Apulian confectionery tradition.
The ‘Filippo Cea’ is our pride and joy: a unique almond, with an elegant shape and an intense, well-rounded flavour. A little gem of nature, rich in protein, vitamins (B and E), and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and iron. A burst of pure energy, characterised by very low acidity and extraordinary versatility in the kitchen.

Organic taralli
Simple, authentic and irresistible, the organic tarallo is the very essence of Apulian hospitality. Made with the heritage wheat variety Senatore Cappelli and our organic extra virgin olive oil, it’s crispy to the bite and perfectly golden.
Perfect as a snack, an aperitif or to accompany a glass of wine, our tarallo tells a story of craftsmanship, balance and a love of organic produce.
