For us, organic farming is not just a technique: it is a choice driven by love and responsibility towards the land. Every field, every plant, every olive is cultivated with respect, balance and the conviction that only a healthy ecosystem can produce a vibrant, authentic oil.

In 2016, our Coratina single-varietal olive oil was awarded the Extra Gold medal at the “Biol Novello” competition. Since then, we haven’t looked back: we take part in international competitions such as the NYIOOC, Olive Japan, London IOOC and Biol, and have been featured in the Flos Olei guide – the ‘bible’ of premium extra virgin olive oil – since 2017.

These awards are not just plaques to be displayed: they are milestones on a journey that reaffirms the validity of our choice and our work every single day.
