This organic Coratina doesn’t ask for permission; it’s confident in its true character: it tingles the palate, then caresses it, then lingers.
- An oil with an intense fruity flavour, golden yellow in colour with subtle green hues.
- Characterised by a full, enveloping aroma rich in notes of fresh grass and leaves.
- On the palate, it has a rich vegetal character, with hints of artichoke and wild thistle, chicory and lettuce. Distinctly bitter and spicy, yet well-balanced.
Perfect with bruschetta topped with tomatoes, artichoke salads, roasted radicchio, legume soups, pasta dishes with sausage, red meat and roast game, and mature hard cheeses.

Grown, produced and bottled in Apulia using only organically grown olives, cold-pressed within a maximum of 3–4 hours of harvesting at our trusted mill.
